This page explains, in plain words, what Automate Your Hours collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Your email address and first name (first name only if you give it), when you sign up for our emails.
- Which form you used and which email series you're in, as tags on your subscriber record.
- Email opens and link clicks. Kit's open and click tracking is on, so Kit records whether you open our emails and which links you click.

We don't collect your Etsy login, and we never add Etsy shop or buyer data to our email list. When you set up a recipe, you connect your own Etsy shop to your own Make account, and your shop data goes to your own Google Sheets or your own inbox, not to us.
Why we collect it
- To send you the emails you signed up for: the Starter series for Etsy sellers and the weekly email.
- To see which lessons and recipes are useful (from opens and clicks), so we know what to improve and what to write next.
- To reply when you write to us.
Who processes it
We use Kit to store our subscriber list and send our emails. Kit processes your email address, first name, tags, and open and click data for us. Kit's own privacy policy is at kit.com/privacy. That policy says Kit handles creators' subscriber data under its Data Processing Addendum, not under that policy itself.
We don't sell or rent your data
We don't sell or rent your email address or any other personal data, and we don't share it with advertisers.
How to unsubscribe
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you'll stop getting our emails. You can also write to us and ask.
How to ask us to delete your data
Write to hello@automateyourhours.ai and ask us to delete your data. We'll remove you from our list in Kit and confirm when it's done.
